JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field.
Experience working within a manufacturing industry.
Has a background in production processes, quality control, and manufacturing principles.
Has a knowledge in data analysis, operational tracking, and technical reporting.
Willing to work full-time on-site in Hermosa, Bataan

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct daily shop floor operations to hit production targets and project deadlines.
Apply lean manufacturing practices to reduce material waste and downtime.
Maintain strict quality control and safety standards across fabrication and assembly.
Track production data and generate regular performance and efficiency reports.
Partner with cross-functional teams to clear line bottlenecks and optimize resources
