Role Overview

Primary Function: We are looking for a results-oriented Production Officer to oversee daily production operations and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, product quality, food safety compliance, and team performance within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of production operations, GMP, food safety, quality systems, and workplace safety practices
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and on a 12-hour shifting schedule
• Willing to be assigned in Magalang, Pampanga
