Production (Molding) Supervisor

Role Description The Production (Molding) Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising all molding manufacturing activities. The role ensures that production KPI targets and objectives are achieved with high efficiency and quality workmanship.

The position is also responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the company's philosophies, policies, and production plans at the shop-floor level, with strong consideration for QCDE (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Environment) and safety principles.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree in engineering
• Preferably with at least 9–10 years of experience in molding processes and production flow
• Familiarity with production planning and scheduling
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
