Responsibilities
Supervise daily molding operations to meet production goals.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Train, mentor, and evaluate molding staff.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of molding equipment.
Monitor production schedules and adjust resources accordingly.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Manage inventory of molding materials and supplies.
Conduct regular safety audits and enforce protocols.
