Production Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager based in Caloocan City. The Production Manager will oversee and manage daily production operations, ensuring optimal workflow to meet safety, efficiency, and quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production activities, supervising team performance, managing resources, implementing safety and compliance measures, and driving continuous process improvement. The role requires ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and organizational goals.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in production planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of food manufacturing standards, safety protocols, and compliance regulations
• Competence in monitoring bottling and packaging equipment operations
• Experience in process improvement, productivity enhancement, and problem-solving
• Effective communication, organization, and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar role is a strong advantage
