Role Objective / Job Summary
Build and manage a robust, USA-based supply chain and production operation for luxury watch winders and future USA products. This hands-on role owns end-to-end manufacturing—from sourcing precision CNC-machined parts, PCBs, and hardware through assembly, quality assurance, and distribution.

Core Functions:
- Establish and manage the complete USA-based supply chain.
- Oversee production runs and assembly to ensure luxury standards.
- Manage end-to-end inventory control and forecasting.
- Coordinate logistics, packaging, and fulfillment.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational scalability.
Required skills and qualifications:
- We are looking for someone with 5–10+ years of experience who can establish American-made manufacturing from the ground up.
- Deep, hands-on experience with 100% domestic sourcing is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Strategic USA Supply-Chain Creation: Ability to identify and build long-term relationships with domestic suppliers for precision parts and electronics.
- Production Planning & Optimization: Expertise in lean manufacturing to scale small-batch luxury production.
- Quality Assurance for Luxury Goods: Rigorous standards for fit, finish, and reliability to protect premium brand reputation.
- Inventory and Materials Management: Advanced forecasting and stock optimization.
- Project Management: Ability to manage suppliers and timelines in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
Tool Experience:
- ERP/MRP systems: NetSuite, Odoo, Fishbowl, or similar.
- Analysis: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for forecasting and cost analysis.
- Project Management: Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
- Technical: Familiarity with CAD/CAM file formats (STEP/IGES, Gerber) for supplier communication.(Gerbers) for supplier communication
- Finance: QuickBooks or similar for production-cost tracking
Industry Experience
- While specific horology experience is not required, a strong background in scaling domestic supply chains for precision electro-mechanical luxury goods is essential.
