Role Overview

Primary Function: We're looking for a Production Manager to join us and successfully meet production targets, optimize resources, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.

As a Production Manager, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by planning and supervising daily production to meet output and quality targets, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, monitoring performance and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• With at least 5-8 years of experience in Manufacturing, and 2-3 years in a managerial role
• With knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and quality systems
• With strong leadership and team management skills
• With excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in MS Office and production or reporting tools
• Willing to be based in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Food Manufacturing industry is an advantage
