Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for a company specializing in design and production projects involving fabrication, assembly, and installation preparation. The role is ideal for someone with a background in fit-outs, construction, fabrication, or event production who can lead a production team and ensure projects are completed on time, within specifications, and according to quality standards.

Location: Novaliches, Quezon City

Salary: ₱32,000–₱45,000/month

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production operations, including fabrication, assembly, and installation preparation.
• Plan manpower, schedules, materials, and production timelines.
• Ensure quality standards and project deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to address production delays and technical concerns.
• Improve productivity, minimize material wastage, and maximize resource utilization.
• Conduct quality checks before products or fabricated items are deployed to project sites.
• Lead, supervise, and maintain discipline within the production team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
• Experience in fabrication, construction, fit-out projects, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of materials, production processes, and site requirements.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and resolve operational issues.
• Licensed Architect or Engineer is preferred.
• COSH/OSH certification is an advantage.
• Experience in event builds, brand activations, or exhibition fabrication is a plus.
