Location: Danao City, Cebu
We are looking for an accomplished Production Manager who will take the lead in driving operational excellence across our Danao facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our plant consistently delivers high‑quality products safely, efficiently, and cost‑effectively. The successful candidate will champion process optimization, continuous improvement, and strong leadership within the plant team.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Plan and organize production schedules to optimize workflow.
- Lead, train, and supervise production personnel across shifts.
- Monitor employee performance and support development initiatives.
- Enforce safety standards, company procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to boost productivity.
- Work with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and readiness.
- Ensure machines are properly maintained and calibrated for optimal performance.
- Prepare and submit reports on production output, quality, and costs.
- Provide updates and insights to management to support decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or equivalent courses.
- Preferably completed a Master's Degree.
- With at least five (5) years of manufacturing experience in a food manufacturing plant.
- With at least three (3) years of plant operations management in a multinational or local top companies.
- Knowledgeable of production management software, ERP systems, and machinery.
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willing to work onsite in Danao,Cebu.
