We are looking for a sharp, urgent-minded Production Manager to lead our fabrication and assembly lines in Valenzuela!
Work Location: Bagbaguin, Valenzuela City
Your Primary Mission
Deliver critical fabrication and electrical assembly projects exactly on time, within quality standards, and hitting target labor hours.
What You Will Do
Own the Floor: Drive daily factory output across CNC, bending, welding, painting, assembly, wiring, and packing.
Execute & Optimize: Translate weekly master schedules into clear, daily targets; assign manpower and machines efficiently.
Smash Bottlenecks: Anticipate delays, monitor material availability, and build instant recovery plans when lines fall behind.
Collaborate: Conduct daily production meetings and coordinate seamlessly with Engineering, Warehouse, and QA/QC.
Enforce Excellence: Maintain high-standard safety, housekeeping, and strict production discipline.
What We Are Looking For
Must-Haves
Strong, authoritative leadership on a fast-paced manufacturing shop floor.
Solid experience in manpower management, scheduling, and solving crunch-time problems.
Ability to read production drawings and use basic Excel/ERP systems.
High urgency mindset—you make smart, calm decisions under heavy deadline pressure.
Strongly Preferred (Huge Advantage)
Experience in Electrical Switchgear / Panelboard manufacturing.
Solid knowledge of LV/MV switchgear, panelboards, or busducts.
Hands-on familiarity with sheet-metal fabrication (CNC turret/punching, press brake, welding, powder coating).
Experience with copper busbar fabrication and electrical assembly/wiring.
