JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
At least 4 years of production leadership experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
Strong technical knowledge of food processing machinery, automated packing lines, mass formulation scaling, and Lean Manufacturing.
Exceptional people management, decisive problem-solving, and strong accountability.
Willingness to work permanently on-site in Santolan, Pasig City across shifting schedules.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily manufacturing activities across a 2,000 SQM multi-line facility to meet high-yield production targets.
Direct and mentor shift supervisors and plant floor personnel across rotating schedules.
Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to scale output, optimize workflows, and drive operational efficiency.
Maintain continuous compliance with strict food safety protocols and plant operational standards.
Translate higher-level strategic goals into actionable, organized execution on the plant floor.
