Production Manager

Del Monte Philippines, Inc. (DMPI) is an organization that operates the world's largest fully integrated pineapple operation that is proud of its long heritage of 100 years. DEL MONTE PHILIPPINES, INC. is in need of a Production Manager

This role will be based in Bugo, Cagayan De Oro

This role directs and leads the production staff and activities in the department in accordance with the Company's objectives at optimal cost, quality standards, agreed timelines and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Directing production schedules, engineering support, and quality standards while optimizing equipment effectiveness to meet output targets.
• Strategic Leadership: Managing the recruitment, development, and motivation of the production team to foster strong industrial relations and high performance.
• Financial & Resource Stewardship: Overseeing departmental budgets and operating costs while maximizing asset utilization to ensure timely customer delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• 15 years of experience in production/manufacturing setting. Experience in Food/Beverage company is preferred.
• 8 years in a leadership/supervisory capacity.

• Willing to work on 6days per week on extended hours as needed
