We are looking for an accomplished ProductionManager who will take the lead in driving operational excellence across our Danao facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our plant consistently delivers highquality products safely, efficiently, and costeffectively. The successful candidate will champion process optimization, continuous improvement, and strong leadership within the plant team.
What You'll Do
- Production Management: Planning, scheduling, and directing production processes to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality standards.
- Staff Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and supervising production staff, including performance management and shift scheduling.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensuring the production floor adheres to all company SOPs, safety protocols, and industry regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Operational Efficiency: Identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
- Equipment Maintenance: Coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is functional, repaired, and properly calibrated.
- Reporting: Delivering regular production reports, quality metrics, and budget updates to senior management.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in a food manufacturing industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in plant operations management—preferably in multinational companies, top local organizations, or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory and quality frameworks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving operational environment.
