Oversee daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management across various production lines (e.g., compounding, filling. packaging).
Proven expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) relevant to cosmetics/pharmaceuticals and knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations for beauty products.
Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, supply chain principles, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Interfacing with Procurement, QA, R&D, Supply Chain and Operation team.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or head role within the cosmetics, beauty products, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industry.
