PRODUCTION MANAGER - BAKERY
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree graduate in Food Technology, Engineering (IE/ME/EE/ChE)
or its equivalent.
Minimum of 5 year's experience in production and quality assurance in
continuous line bakery operation.
Knowledge in production planning, raw materials/packaging materials,
production equipment, and human resource principles and practices.
Good experience in quality inspection and can implement corrective &
preventive action programs.
Basic knowledge of production warehouse &; inventory control.
Knowledgeable in engineering & technology principles and practices.
Knowledgeable in relevant regulatory requirements.
Solid skills in computer (MS Word, Excel & Outlook) and databases skills
application (SAP, Oracle, Globe EXACT System, and equivalent)
Experience in an ISO Certified Company. Knowledgeable in Food Safety, GMP
& HACCP Standards.
Knowledgeable in Occupational Health & Safety Standards.
Above average in People Handling Skills
