Job Description

PRODUCTION MANAGER - BAKERY

Job Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree graduate in Food Technology, Engineering (IE/ME/EE/ChE)

or its equivalent.

 Minimum of 5 year's experience in production and quality assurance in

continuous line bakery operation.

 Knowledge in production planning, raw materials/packaging materials,

production equipment, and human resource principles and practices.

 Good experience in quality inspection and can implement corrective &

preventive action programs.

 Basic knowledge of production warehouse &; inventory control.

 Knowledgeable in engineering & technology principles and practices.

 Knowledgeable in relevant regulatory requirements.

 Solid skills in computer (MS Word, Excel & Outlook) and databases skills

application (SAP, Oracle, Globe EXACT System, and equivalent)

 Experience in an ISO Certified Company. Knowledgeable in Food Safety, GMP

& HACCP Standards.

 Knowledgeable in Occupational Health & Safety Standards.

 Above average in People Handling Skills
