Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in production management within FMCG or food manufacturing industries.
Certification and strong knowledge of GMPs, Food Safety standards, and HACCP principles.
Knowledge and experience in SAP Plant Maintenance is highly desirable Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and goals.
Implement production strategies to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
Train and mentor production staff to improve skills and performance.
Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular maintenance checks.
