PRODUCTION IN CHARGE - OPOL MISAMIS ORIENTAL (FOOD INDUSTRY )
Job Responsibilities
Set efficiency targets for each function to produce quality finished goods
Support and participate in the company food safety and sanitation processes
Monitor quality of raw materials, in-process goods, finished goods, operational processes, and
overall plant environment to comply with GMP standards
Oversee daily set-up and clean-up of equipment and machineries to ensure effective and
efficient operations
Set schedules or timetable and effectively communicate them to production teams in order to
achieve volume targets and production plans
Effectively manage personnel to ensure that they understand and accomplish their daily tasks as
well as to increase their efficiency and potential
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent
At least 2 yrs working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production
Operations/Restaurant or equivalent
Work Schedule : MONDAY to SATURDAY SHIFTING SCEHDULE (8hrs + OT)
