- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven 3 to 5 years experience in production management and PPC, preferably in garment manufacturing industry.
- Strong skills in planning, process optimization, and workforce management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
