Qualifications
Bachelor's in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
3+ years in manufacturing leadership, preferably in wire & cable production
Skilled in production planning, process control & manufacturing systems
Knowledge in extrusion, stranding, cabling & insulation is a plus
Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office for reporting & analysis
On-site work with flexible schedule
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations
Hit production targets while ensuring quality and timely delivery
Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO, and regulatory standards
Note
- Must be willing to work 12 hrs. duty (Including OT)
- Must be residing outside Bulacan, Pamapnga and Manila with free accommodation and food
- Ages: 25-40 years old, no tattoo
