What You'll Do:
- Production Performance Monitoring – Monitor and analyze daily production performance, output, quality, efficiency, machine utilization, OEE, material consumption, yield, and scrap rates to ensure KPI achievement.
- Production Planning & Execution – Ensure production plans are effectively implemented and production targets are achieved according to approved schedules and customer requirements.
- Time & Motion Studies – Conduct Time and Motion Studies to establish standard cycle times, optimize manpower utilization, identify process bottlenecks, and improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement – Analyze production data, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, material losses, process variances, and downtime.
- Process Documentation & Standards – Develop, review, and maintain production standards, work instructions, process documentation, and other procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.
- Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, PPIC, and other support functions to ensure smooth production operations and timely resolution of production issues.
- Reporting & Operational Support – Prepare accurate and timely production performance reports and support plant objectives through effective communication, teamwork, accountability, and results-oriented execution.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, process engineering, or production engineering. Experience in plastic manufacturing, injection molding, blow molding, production planning, performance monitoring, and process improvement is an advantage.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or any related engineering course.
- Skills & Competencies: Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Sheets; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; with knowledge of Time and Motion Studies (TMS) and Continuous Improvement tools.
