Qualifications
- Graduate of Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Basic supervisory skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- High Communication and presentation skills. Mentally and physically fit.
- Strong technical knowledge about manufacturing procedures and adding failure analysis reporting.
- Superior mental and analytical ability and problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge in FMEA, 7QC tools, 8D, Kaizen, and SPC.
