As a Production Engineer at AgriPacific, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our plant runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. If you're ready to bring your technical skills and passion for improvement to the table, this is the opportunity for you!
What You'll Do:
- Operations and Production: Operate plant equipment according to established SOPs, execute production plans, and ensure optimal output.
- Efficiency & Safety: Monitor equipment performance, ensure minimal downtime, and adhere to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify operational issues, report deviations, and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
- Coordination & Reporting: Provide feedback on operational efficiency and report concerns to the Lead Operator. You'll also step in to encode production transactions in SAP when needed.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in Manufacturing or FMCG industries.
- Skills: Strong technical problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective teamwork.
