Title: Production Encoder (Cebu)
The
Production Encoder is responsible for encoding and recording all production- or logistics-related transactions in the database to ensure accurate inventory of materials and other needed clerical tasks.
- Transfers posting of materials from production storage locations.
- Checks actual inventory versus system-generated inventory report.
- Files important documents, receipts, and other transactional records for future reference.
- Complies with existing standards, guidelines, and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any four or five (4/5)-year course.
- Must have at least one (1) year experience as logistics or production encode of the same or similar industry.
- Must possess basic to advance computer proficiency skills (Microsoft Office applications).
- Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage
- Must posses good organization skills and an eye for detail, especially on data entry and information analysis.
- Must have good problem-solving skills and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Must be willing to work in Mandaue, Cebu.
