WE ARE HIRING: Production Coordinator - Jewellery Industry

One Drive Network is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support end-to-end production for a leading Australian designer jewellery brand!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete jewellery production workflows (from approved order to casting, assembly, stone setting, finishing, and final delivery).
Navigate CAD software (Rhino, Matrix, 3Design, etc.) to review designs and make minor modifications (resizing, width, thickness).
Perform quality control checks and ensure technical feasibility for manufacturing.
Coordinate logistics, order tracking, and communication with CAD designers, bench jewelers, suppliers, and internal teams.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in production coordination or operations (jewellery, luxury products, or manufacturing).
Working knowledge of CAD software & ability to make minor tweaks.
Strong understanding of jewellery materials, manufacturing methods, diamonds, and gemstones.
Proficient in MS Excel, Slack, Dropbox, and Google Workspace.
