Role Description The Production Control Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Calamba, , responsible for overseeing daily production schedules and ensuring that manufacturing activities align with customer demand and company targets. This role involves coordinating production plans with various departments, monitoring inventory levels, and adjusting schedules to optimize resource utilization and minimize delays. The Production Control Expert will track production performance, analyze data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with operations and logistics teams. The position also includes preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in production processes and inventory management. The individual will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain smooth plant operations and timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
- Strong production planning and production control skills, with experience in coordinating schedules and aligning output with demand.
- Proficiency in production management, including monitoring performance, optimizing processes, and supporting continuous improvement activities.
- Solid inventory management capabilities, with the ability to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent material shortages or overstock situations.
- Well-developed analytical skills to interpret production data, identify issues, and recommend practical, data-driven solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing is an advantage.
- Competence in using ERP or production planning systems and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools)
- Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across production, logistics, and quality teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Calamba , adhere to safety standards, and manage tasks in a fast-paced, structured environment.
