We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multi-family and commercial projects, with a strong background in producing high-quality construction documents from Schematic Design (SD) through Construction Documentation (CD) phases.
This role requires expertise in BIM workflows, technical detailing, and coordination across project teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce comprehensive architectural drawing packages from Schematic Design through Construction Documents.
- Create, maintain, and coordinate Revit models for multi-family and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction details.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and project compliance.
- Perform quality control reviews of drawings and project documentation.
- Utilize BIM 360 for model coordination, collaboration, and document management.
- Review and mark up drawings using Bluebeam.
- Assist in resolving design and construction-related issues throughout project development.
- Produce presentation-quality drawings and graphics using Adobe Photoshop when required.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet established standards, deadlines, and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience working on multi-family and commercial architectural projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Strong knowledge of Bluebeam for document review and coordination.
- Extensive experience in architectural drawing production from SD through Construction Documents.
- Ability to interpret and develop detailed construction documentation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for presentation drawings and visual enhancements is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
