Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production and Planning Manager located in Mandaluyong. The Production and Planning Manager will oversee the planning and management of production schedules to ensure that operations run efficiently. Daily responsibilities include creating and implementing production plans, monitoring production performance, coordinating with various departments to optimize workflows, analyzing data to improve efficiency, and managing resources to meet production goals. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Strong skills in Production Management and overall Planning
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating production processes and optimizing performance
• Proficiency in production management software and tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate across teams effectively
• Previous experience in a related role, preferably in the food industry, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field
