Production and Cost Control Manager

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Cost Control Manager to join our team at First Sumiden Circuits Inc. in Cabuyao City, Laguna. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our production processes, ensuring optimal cost control and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and implement cost control strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Analyze production data to identify cost drivers and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
• Prepare and monitor production cost reports, budgets, and forecasts to support management decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Provide cost optimization insights and recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal control policies.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee cost analysts and production control staff.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in an Engineering-related course.
• At least six (6) years of managerial experience in production planning and cost analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budget management, forecasting, procurement, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Working knowledge of Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) manufacturing processes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
