- With at least 5 yrs related experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like finance, industrial engineering, or manufacturing management.
- Strong background of relevant experience in Production and Production Production Planning & Control
- Knowledgeable in FPC or PCB manufacturing processes
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budget management, forecasting, procurement, resource allocation and cost control.
- Proficiency with production management software
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office;
- With good analytical and critical thinking
