Product UI/UX Designer - Cybersecurity

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to lead the design of a complex AI-powered cybersecurity B2B SaaS platform.

This is not a graphic design role. We are looking for a product designer with proven experience designing complex software platforms, enterprise dashboards, technical workflows, and AI-driven products, ideally within cybersecurity, IT, or enterprise SaaS.

You will own the end-to-end product design process, from user research and information architecture to user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, and scalable design systems. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and technical stakeholders to turn complex business and security requirements into intuitive, usable products.

Must Have

-5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design, preferably with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, cybersecurity, or other complex technical products.

-Proven experience designing complex SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, dashboards, or workflow-heavy products.

-Strong experience designing cybersecurity, IT, or other technical software products.

-Hands-on experience designing AI-powered products, AI workflows, or AI-driven user experiences.

-Strong understanding of UX research, information architecture, interaction design, user flows, and complex workflow design.

-Proven ability to manage the full product design lifecycle, from research and discovery through wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and final implementation.

-Advanced proficiency in Figma or equivalent professional design tools.

-Strong experience building and maintaining scalable design systems for complex products.

-Experience designing data-rich dashboards, admin interfaces, monitoring tools, or technical workflows.

-Experience working closely with product managers, engineers, and technical teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

-Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to design within technical constraints.

-Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

-Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product design work, UX thinking, UI execution, and real-world software products.

Responsibilities

-Lead the end-to-end product design process for an AI-powered cybersecurity SaaS platform.

-Translate complex cybersecurity, technical, and business requirements into clear and intuitive user experiences.

-Conduct user research, analyze user needs, and turn insights into product and UX decisions.

-Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.

-Design complex dashboards, workflows, settings, data views, and platform functionality.

-Develop UX solutions for AI-powered features and workflows.

-Improve existing product experiences based on user feedback, usability issues, and product goals.

-Build and maintain a scalable design system that supports consistency across the platform.

-Work closely with product managers to define requirements and user-centered solutions.

-Collaborate directly with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and accurately implemented.

-Review implemented features and provide design feedback to maintain UX and visual quality.

-Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and product data.

-Establish and maintain consistent UX and UI standards across the entire product.

Plus to Have

-Experience designing cybersecurity products, such as security platforms, threat detection tools, security dashboards, SOC tools, or security management systems.

-Experience designing products involving AI agents, AI assistants, automation, or AI-driven workflows.

-Experience with enterprise or highly technical B2B software.

-Experience working in an early-stage startup or fast-paced SaaS environment.

-Experience designing products for technical users such as IT administrators, security professionals, developers, or enterprise users.

-Strong knowledge of accessibility and responsive design best practices.

-Experience conducting usability testing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative user feedback.

-Understanding of SaaS product metrics and how UX decisions can support product and business goals.

-Basic understanding of branding and visual identity is a plus, but this is primarily a product design role, not a graphic design role.
