Product Training / Company Nurse

We are looking for a Product Training Specialist / Company Nurse responsible for delivering product training while providing basic healthcare and occupational health support to employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update product training materials, presentations, and guides.
• Conduct face-to-face and online product training and demonstrations.
• Provide coaching and product support to Sales, Marketing, and other teams.
• Conduct field visits and assess product knowledge and training needs.
• Monitor training effectiveness, attendance, and employee progress.
• Coordinate product orientations with principals and suppliers.
• Provide first aid and basic medical assistance to employees.
• Respond to workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies.
• Maintain employee health records and coordinate medical referrals and follow-ups.
• Assist in occupational health, safety, wellness, and health awareness programs.
• Maintain first-aid supplies and required health documentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Registered Nurse (RN) required for the Company Nurse function.
• Basic Course in Occupational Medicine (BCOM) required.
• Experience in product training, healthcare, occupational health, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
