This role will focus on ensuring that all new hires and existing specialists are equipped with the product knowledge, soft skills, and systems proficiency needed to deliver world-class player support from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding training for new hires on tools, systems, and product knowledge
- Provide continuous learning through upskilling, refresher, and performance-based training
- Measure training effectiveness using performance metrics, feedback, and analysis
- Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and knowledge base resources
- Support production floor and collaborate with teams and clients to improve performance
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have...
- Proven experience as a trainer in BPO, customer support, or contact center
- Skilled in designing and delivering training for non-voice channels (email, chat, ticketing)
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
- Knowledgeable in instructional design, adult learning, and contact center metrics
- Proficient in Google Slides and knowledge base tools, with interest in mobile gaming support
