Job Description Summary

As a Product Trainer at Fair Trade Outsourcing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your primary objective will be to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on product knowledge, ensuring that our staff meets and exceeds client expectations.

The following are the specific duties and responsibilities of the Product Trainer:

  • Fully understanding and effectively delivering all training content.
  • Making sure that the training timeline is followed, and training topics and schedules are aligned.
  • Creating and modifying training materials.
  • Incorporating various training approaches, methods, and strategies to make training more effective.
  • Reporting training progress to the Training Manager in a timely and organized manner.
  • Proposing training improvement plans.

Requirements

  • Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Must have BPO Experience and has handled Healthcare Accounts.
  • Has knowledge in Medical Billing and other Healthcare-related processes.
  • Preferably has leadership or trainer background in similar field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with strong ability to create documents, presentations, and data reports efficiently.
  • Must be flexible with schedules.
