The Product Technician is responsible for supporting product pilot runs, monitoring parts yield and performance, maintaining accurate technical documentation, and preparing client service reports. This role works closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Planning, and Project Management to ensure successful transition into production and meet established quality, productivity, and client requirements.

Required Education & Experience
- Undergraduate of Engineering or Graduate of Technical, Vocational or Diploma Course with at least a year of relevant work experience.
Technical Courses: Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, Information Technology
- 2+ years in production or product operations.
- Experience following SOPs, Technical Data Sheet, Temporary Change Notice
Preferred Education & Experience
- Associate degree in technical field.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing.
- Lean or Six Sigma exposure.
