The Team Manager - Product for SM Malls Online is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to transform the platform into the ultimate malling companion. The role focuses on increasing active users, improving retention and engagement, driving O2O conversions, and unlocking new revenue streams through data-driven product innovation and personalization.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- With at least 5-8 years in Product Management or Digital Platforms
- Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Required skills: strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems and growth metrics; experience with analytics tools (e.g. Firebase, Moengage, QuickSight); experience in personalization, CRM, or CDP is an advantage
WORK LOCATION
- Candidates must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office - MOA Square, Pasay City.
