Product Sustainability & Materials Specialist

Location: Cebu, Philippines

Role Overview

Xerox is seeking an experienced Product Sustainability & Materials Specialist to support sustainability mission and ensure global regulatory compliance. This role focuses on supplier environmental data, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), and crossfunctional coordination to support product launches and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier environmental surveys and declarations across the global supply chain
  • Review, validate, and maintain accurate sustainability data in Xerox systems
  • Track and report supplier compliance metrics; drive continuous improvement
  • Support global EPR programs (Packaging, WEEE, Batteries, Ewaste)
  • Manage data uploads, reporting, and tools used for EPR compliance
  • Partner with Legal, Supply Chain, Product, EHS, and external suppliers
  • Support product launches by collecting part weights, certifications, and declarations
  • Consolidate Product Environmental Specification for Articles and Materials and Product Packaging
  • Monitor regulatory updates

Qualifications

  • Experience in sustainability, ESG, CSR, or environmental compliance
  • Working knowledge of global sustainability regulations and reporting frameworks
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and thirdparty platforms

Preferred: Experience with dashboards or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
