As a Product Support Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with our products. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and guiding clients through product-related inquiries. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you'll help drive product improvements and contribute to delivering outstanding service. What will be your key responsibilities
- Load rates into the system accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain up-to-date information within the system
- Create detailed maps relevant to itineraries
- Load and maintain allocation
- Load tailor-made itineraries
- Perform thorough competitor analysis
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Executives.
- Communicate with team members to verify details & resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed
What are we looking for
- At least 1 year previous Travel Industry experience
- Previous Travel Industry experience in Operations specifically Reservations and Products is preferred
- A team player
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel or Gsheet.
- Previous experience with interpreting and loading contracts into a database is beneficial
- Experience with ClickUp, Perseus, or other travel industry platforms is a plus.
