Product Supply Coordinator
Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office
two days a week to apply.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours

Pay range: Php 24,000 to 30,000

We are looking for a dedicated Product Supply Coordinator to join our Product supply team. This role is to support the cost effective supply of physical products published by the International Education product group. We work with print vendors around the world to produce value for money books whilst ensuring optimum stock levels in global warehouse locations.

What will you do as a Product Supply Coordinator
Reporting to the Manufacturing and Procurement Manager, your accountabilities will include:
- Generating purchase orders in SAP to send to print vendors
- Liaise with external print suppliers and maintain accurate delivery dates
- Proof checking
- Liasing with internal departments such as Content Services, Supply Chain and Freight Management
- Record vendor quality issues

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:
Essential:
- Demonstrate good project management and time management skills
- Express an interest in operations and supply chain
- Excellent IT skills, in particular use of Microsoft Excel and ability to use multiple systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience in procurement or supply chain operations
- Knowledge of an ERP system such as SAP
- Print production experience
- This role is open to fresh graduates.
