The primary role is to support the end-to-end lifecycle of value-added service products, from rollout and implementation to performance monitoring and process optimization. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product operations, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Assist in product rollout, pilot preparation, and back-office activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Legal, Finance, MIS, Insurance Providers) to ensure timely delivery of implementation requirements.
- Track and analyze product KPIs such as sales, penetration rate, mis-selling, and claims performance.
- Propose actionable insights and improvements based on data trends.
- Conduct daily monitoring and follow-ups with insurance service providers to ensure timely claims processing.
- Coordinate provider business review schedules and track outcomes, ensuring findings are documented and shared to support strategic decisions.
- Create, maintain, and validate all VAS-related reports.
- Ensure all product documentation, process maps, and standard operating procedures are up to date and aligned across teams.
What You Need To Have
- At least 2-3 years of experience in insurance, product or business development
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and elicit support from other departments
- High analytical skills; ability to analyze reports and see gaps for business opportunities
