Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated suitability to undertake the responsibilities outlined above at the required level
- At least 5–10 years of professional experience in implementing supply chain systems, including technology and human resources, and ERP systems with AI capabilities
- Minimum of 5 years of handson experience implementing the Ivalua SourcetoPay (S2P) solution
- At least three (3) professional experiences in engineering and product development, with responsibility for managing product releases
- Experience working within DevOps and Agile environments is preferred
- Strong understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systems:
- Ivalua Functional Configuration
- Ivalua Technical Configuration (API, EAI, ETL)
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- AI and machine learning technologies
- DevOps practices; Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Data analytics, data exploration, and data visualization
- APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) and microservices architecture
- UI/UX principles and best practices
- Required: Ivalua L3 Certification (SRM, S2C, P2P, Integration)
- Required: Ivalua Project Release Manager Badge/Certification
- Preferred: Ivalua L3 SQL Certification
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) for professional documentation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Oracle relational databases and multitier application architectures
- Strong knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application in system development projects
- Proven ability to conduct independent research, analyze complex problems, break them down into manageable components, anticipate challenges, and plan next steps proactively
- Hybrid setup, requiring the contractor to report onsite once a month or as needed. If the user unit requires the contractor to report to the Headquarters (HQ), onsite compliance is mandatory.
- Work schedule: Eight (8) working hours to be completed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Manila Time).
