Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Specialist role based in Taguig. The Product Specialist will promote and support assigned oncology products to healthcare professionals through regular field visits, product presentations, and scientific discussions. The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with oncologists and other key stakeholders, understanding their clinical needs, and providing accurate, compliant product information. The Product Specialist will analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to help shape sales strategies and product positioning. Responsibilities also include achieving sales targets, organizing and participating in medical events, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory to ensure aligned and ethical promotion.
Qualifications
  • Strong product expertise and experience in a Product Specialist or similar role, ideally within pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • Well-developed analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer insights for informed decision-making.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to engage healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
  • Customer service and relationship-building skills to provide responsive, professional support to oncologists and other medical professionals.
  • Proven sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a field-based or account management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Experience in oncology or specialty therapeutics is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and CRM tools, and willingness to learn company systems.
