About The Role

As a Product Specialist/Sales Executive, you will be primarily responsible for promoting and selling our range of surgical and diagnostic medical devices within the ENT, Neuro, and Urology specialties across the Manila and Luzon regions. In this role, you will develop strong relationships with healthcare providers, showcase our innovative solutions, and drive sales growth for our Medical Diagnosis and Surgery product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and generating new leads through outreach to healthcare facilities, clinicians, and other relevant decision-makers.
  • Arranging and conducting product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the assigned products.
  • Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Accurately documenting all sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device, hospital supplies and equipment sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of medical products and their clinical applications.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes for both private and government healthcare accounts is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage schedules efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify market opportunities, and develop growth strategies.
