While this role fulfills core Regulatory Pharmacist responsibilities—such as compliance and product registrations—your primary day-to-day focus will be as a Product Specialist for our medical equipment product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and clinical evaluations of medical equipment product lines for doctors, hospital staff, and key procurement stakeholders.
• Act as the subject matter expert for assigned medical equipment, providing technical guidance, end-user training, and responsive support to healthcare clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales and technical service teams to support product positioning, client inquiries, and key account growth.
• Manage and maintain regulatory compliance, including FDA product registrations, CPR renewals, and required documentation for assigned product lines.
• Monitor industry trends and gather key competitive feedback during client interactions to support product strategy and team positioning.

Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Pharmacist with an active PRC license.
• Fresh graduates and recent board passers are highly welcome to apply; candidates seeking to transition from traditional pharmacy to a product specialist role are strongly encouraged.
• Prior experience in medical equipment, medical devices, or technical product support is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the confidence to conduct product demonstrations for healthcare professionals.
• Computer literate with proficiency in standard office tools (MS Office or Google Workspace).
