Job Description

The IT Product Specialist is responsible for driving the successful execution of business objectives by translating strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes. The position requires a balance of analytical thinking, operational execution, and stakeholder management to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement within the organization.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field

Related Work Experience

  • 3–7+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, operations, product management, or project management
  • Proven track record in handling cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience in process improvement, data analytics, or digital transformation is highly preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Execution

• Translate organizational strategy into executable initiatives and deliverables

• Align cross-functional teams toward common goals and timelines

• Monitor and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs and success metrics

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of coordination among business units, IT, operations, and external partners

• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and alignment sessions

• Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders

Process Improvement and Optimization

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements

• Apply structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN) to streamline workflows

• Ensure scalability and sustainability of solutions

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Analyze operational and performance data to generate insights

• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms

• Support leadership in making informed strategic decisions

Risk and Compliance Management

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies proactively

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, operational, and internal compliance standards

• Implement mitigation and contingency plans

Project and Initiative Management

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects within scope, timeline, and budget

• Manage resources, priorities, and deliverables effectively

• Ensure proper documentation and governance throughout the project lifecycle
