Product Specialist

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree graduate; Information Technology, Computer-Science, Graphic Design, etc.

Related Work Experience:

Minimum of three years experience in a product management or business analysis, product design role.

Experience in fintech startups or other related industries. Familiarity with the regulatory environment is a bonus.

Experience writing product specifications, use cases, test case and business cases.

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Skills:

Agile software development experience

Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Knowledge of A/B Testing

Entrepreneurial Spirit

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Product Manager is in charge of refining the product vision for the core eWallet product, clearly communicated with input from various stakeholders within the PFSC organization.

Serves as the source of truth for platform related updates, decisions and strategy by ensuring a shared understanding of business needs and platform features.

Owns and manage the roadmap, setting short and long-term pathways for the product.

Makes key decisions like build vs buy as well as new features to build and prioritize.

Ingests product feedback from customers and internal users on a daily basis and converting these to user requirements.

Works alongside the UX research team by participating in user interviews, surveys and user journeys.

Works alongside PFSC's analytics team in monitoring key metrics and developing measurement plans for our platforms.

Works alongside the product design and engineering team by developing product specifications and constantly collaborating in a fast-paced environment.

Works alongside a greater cross-functional team, serving as design lead for long-term and ad-hoc projects.

Be attuned to key trends and technologies in the Fintech space.

Manages existing relationships with third-party vendors and partners.

Communicates product related updates to the organization.

Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.
