Role Description

nCase is looking for an office-based Product Specialist who will help lawyers and legal teams understand, adopt, and make the most of nCase through product demos, user onboarding, product support, and user feedback. This role requires someone who is customer-biased, willing to learn deeply from users, and works closely with the product, customer experience, design, and development teams to help improve nCase based on real user needs.

The right person for this role does not only explain product features. They listen carefully, ask good questions, communicate honestly, and help users feel guided and supported.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demos for lawyers, law firms, and legal organizations
  • Guide users in setting up and using their nCase workspace
  • Explain key features such as case records, client records, calendar, tasks, documents, billing, and team collaboration
  • Answer product-related questions with clarity, patience, and care
  • Gather user feedback, concerns, pain points, and feature requests
  • Document recurring product questions and user insights
  • Share feedback with the product, design, and development teams
  • Help create product guides, FAQs, tutorials, and onboarding materials
  • Support product adoption by helping users understand the practical value of nCase

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to explain product features simply and clearly
  • Patient, respectful, and service-oriented
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-ups
  • Comfortable using web and mobile applications
  • Good writing skills for guides, reports, and user instructions
  • Curious, willing to ask questions, and open to learning
  • Able to work well with an office-based startup team
  • Willing to work on-site and collaborate closely with the product, customer experience, and development teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in product support, customer support, user onboarding, customer success, sales, marketing, or client-facing roles
  • Experience with SaaS, tech products, legal services, or professional services is a plus
  • Familiarity with law firms, legal workflows, or legal technology is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates may apply if they are strong communicators, highly trainable, and willing to work in an office-based setup
