Role Description The Product Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This role involves managing and promoting assigned in vitro diagnostic products, including providing technical information, demonstrations, and training to healthcare professionals and internal teams. The Product Specialist supports sales activities by preparing product presentations, responding to inquiries, and assisting in proposal development. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring product performance, gathering customer feedback, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to product improvements and marketing initiatives. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, participating in industry events, and ensuring that product information is up to date and compliant with regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong product knowledge and experience in a Product Specialist or similar role within medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, assess product performance, and provide insights for product and market strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer service and client relationship skills to address inquiries, support end users, and build long-term partnerships.
- Sales skills to support product promotion, identify opportunities, and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related, engineering, or healthcare field (e.g., Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or similar).
- Familiarity with in vitro diagnostics, clinical laboratory workflows, or hospital environments is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Quezon City, manage multiple tasks, and travel locally for client visits or events as needed.
