Product Specialist

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a

multinational pharmaceutical company. Our respected client is seeking a Product

Specialist – COPD to support the continued growth of its respiratory portfolio. The role is

responsible for promoting assigned COPD products, driving scientific engagement with

healthcare professionals, achieving sales objectives within the assigned territory, and

building strong relationships with key physicians and stakeholders. The successful

candidate will report to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote assigned COPD products to pulmonologists and other targeted healthcare

professionals.

• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge, particularly in the COPD and

respiratory disease segment.

• Achieve sales targets and effectively execute brand strategies within the assigned

territory.

• Build and maintain relationships with key physicians and key opinion leaders

(KOLs).

• Utilize territory and geographic knowledge to maximize customer coverage and

business opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies and drive business

performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, or any life sciences-related

course.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.

• At least 2 years of experience in the same therapy segment.

• Proven experience handling COPD or respiratory products.

• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and interpersonal

skills.
