Job Description

Your Job

As a Product Specialist, you will support the management of the product lifecycle from inception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product operations, address customer inquiries, and drive compliance, change management, and urgent requirements to enhance product success and customer satisfaction.

Our Team

You will be part of a dynamic product team, collaborating with engineering, sales, customer support, and the Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure smooth execution of product processes and delivery of customer-focused solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and streamline Standard Parts Offering (SPO) projects
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on PPAP timing and documentation
  • Support change management processes with the Center of Excellence
  • Manage urgent sample and drawing requests
  • Approve orders below Minimum Lot Quantity (MLQ) and Delivery Unit (DU)
  • Address customer data inquiries including model, configuration, and specifications
  • Monitor product development to ensure timelines are met
  • Oversee service orders and shipment-related concerns
  • Address compliance inquiries such as Country of Origin (COO)
  • Review and approve pricing and packaging-related requests
  • Assist in defining product requirements based on customer feedback and business goals
  • Support new customer setup processes

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, customer service, project management, or related role
  • Experience in cable assembly/wiring harness industry is preferred
