Product Specialist (Medical Equipment)

Role Description:

A Product Specialist should possess a degree in allied health or life sciences. They should understand human anatomy and medical jargon, have strong communication and presentation skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include mastering product knowledge, delivering presentations and training, developing promotional materials, creating market opportunities, conducting market research, and staying up to date with the latest trends in medical technology.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Medical or Allied Health
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the medical device industry
• Good understanding of human anatomy and physiology, with the ability to comprehend medical jargon
• Ability to conduct presentations and training on clinical information and product knowledge
• Ability to quickly solve problems, analyze people and situations. Must be customer-oriented
• Ability to work independently but also be a motivated, enthusiastic team player
• Willing to travel and do fieldwork

Responsibilities

• Studies, masters, and deepens knowledge of product specialization, especially specifications and operation
• Develops and conducts in-depth and high-quality product presentations, training, and demonstrations to the sales force, dealers, and key customers
• Develops promotional materials and defines necessary promotional activities for product specialization
• Creates new product market opportunities and consistently builds new relationships with external stakeholders
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling product demonstrations; Follows up closely on projects in collaboration with other departments
• Conducts market research, supported by ongoing visits (for product evaluations) to customers and non-customers
• Researches and updates the latest trends in medical technology

Salary: PHP 20,000 - PHP 25,000
